The Luthier Bruno Bacci

Bruno Bacci, a luthier from Tuscany, is a master of his craft. Born in 1975, he has always had a passion for creating musical instruments. Throughout his 20s and 30s, he honed his skills in a variety of fields, from metallurgy to marketing, carpentry and graphic design. This diverse background has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to his work as a luthier: wood comes with a soul, which a skilled luthier must be able to capture and interpret. From the smooth curves of the body to the precise tuning of the strings, every aspect has been carefully considered to ensure exceptional playability. Bacci's approach to instrument making is a testament to the importance of mixing innovation and tradition. When a customer walks out of Bacci's laboratory with their new guitar, they are not just leaving with a musical instrument, they are leaving with a piece of Tuscany and a bond that will last a lifetime.

The instruments are created with a sixth sense, with Bruno Bacci’s feeling the soul of the wood. This is why Bacci's instruments are truly one-of-a-kind and sought after by musicians worldwide.

Bacci Art™

Under the expert touch of a master luthier such as Bacci, raw materials are transformed into musical instruments that not only produce exceptional sound, but are also true works of Art. From the curvaceous lines of a viola to the intricate detailing on a baritone guitar, instruments made in Tuscany are not just functional, but visually stunning as well.

As a luthier and artist, Bruno Bacci's unique approach combines two distinct art forms to create something both remarkable and profound. Bruno's mastery of the guitar has allowed him to use it as a medium to interpret and symbolize the syntax of reality and address the most pressing issues of our time. His body of work is a testament to his ability to fuse music and art in a way that is truly impactful and influential.

He has also been commissioned by a private investor, in collaboration with Fondazione Collodi®, the brand that controls the image of Pinocchio, to create a work of art in 2026, commemorating 200 years since Collodi's birth.
